RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on hair products that have been opened, worn, installed, brushed, combed, washed, conditioned, toned, colored, cut, altered, or otherwise modified.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an incorrect item or believe your order arrived damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and videos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

Claims submitted after 48 hours of confirmed delivery may not be eligible for review.

Blonduhh reserves the right to review all claims on a case-by-case basis and may request additional information before determining a resolution.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

Because our products are made from 100% human hair, slight variations in color, texture, curl pattern, and tone may occur. Color appearance may also vary due to lighting, photography, toning, screen settings, and individual styling preferences.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.

Approved returns, if authorized by Blonduhh, must be received in original, unused condition and may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.
