At Blonduhh, we’re committed to getting your hair to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Time

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after processing.

Shipping Carriers

We currently ship orders via USPS. Carrier selection may vary based on location and order size.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Blonduhh is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, Blonduhh is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
